Training
Mist Chemical has hand-on and classroom type
training specific to the Ethanol Industry. All topics are designed
to be 20 minutes with a test to document the instruction. Demonstrations
of applications are available as well to augment classroom type
training. Mist Chemical can customize the training to fit your
plant’s needs!!
• Basics of Chemical Safety----This training covers
the areas of bulk caustic delivery, safe chemical storage, Personal
Protective Equipment, proper procedures, accident procedures
and overall safe handling and dispensing of cleaners and sanitizers.
• Basics of Cleaning and Sanitizing— Overview
of how and why we clean the ethanol process. Basic cleaning chemistry
is simplified for practical use.
• Test Kit Training—Communicates to
production personnel the procedures and importance of test kit
use to validate chemical and sanitizer concentrations.
• Foam Cleaning Application---Classroom and practical
training on the safe and effective use of the portable tank foamer
and the associated cleaners.
